Direct Canva Pro is often about $15 a month. That is less than ToolSuite. You join ToolSuite for Canva plus Kalodata, Pipiads, and ChatGPT, not for Canva as a lone app.

Own the files, rent the editor

Download every mockup you care about to your own drive. Do not treat a shared Canva account as your archive. Do not store client-only artwork only inside that seat. If you have staff who need a Brand Kit with your hex codes locked down, pay Canva for a team you control.

For a one-person shop testing prints, a ToolSuite Canva login is enough to make the listing image, the ad square, and the size chart graphic in an afternoon. Pair it with ChatGPT Plus for the copy and VIP pricing if you want the monthly vs lifetime split. Catalog extras like Photoroom, Freepik, and Leonardo show up on member lists. Confirm those inside the membership.

VIP is $29.95. Lifetime is $349.95. Neither replaces a designer on a licensed typeface for a brand you intend to trademark. They replace a pile of unused Pro trials.
